As our guest at SAVI Day Spa, we strive to make your experience exceptional. To enhance your visit we provide robes, slippers, and garment bags for your personal belongings. Disposable undergarments are available for all water and body treatments. While massage and body treatments require the removal of clothing, careful draping procedures are observed to ensure your experience is comfortable and relaxing.

Your Experience

You will be welcomed to SAVI Day Spa as an honored guest. You will be greeted and escorted to the sanctuary of the spa. There you will find the peace and solace of candlelight, inviting chairs, a cozy robe, and the nurturing comfort of a warm neck roll. As you sip your tea and listen to soothing music, the stress of the outside world is slipping away. Your journey has begun, and your chosen treatment or package awaits you!

Spa Etiquette

For the comfort of our clients, children are not permitted in the spa. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers before entering the spa. Please be quiet and courteous throughout your visit, soft voices are spa friendly!


We require all appointments to be secured with credit card or SAVI Electronic Gift Card. At time of check-out, payment for your services can be made however you wish. We recommend that you show up 15 minutes prior to any spa appointment to unwind, drink tea, and prepare for your experience. To make an online reservation click here.

Cancellation/Punctuality Policy

-Appointments: Should cancellation be necessary, a 24-hour notice is required to give others the opportunity to enjoy our services. Missed appointments will be charged to the card securing the reservation.
-Packages: A 48-hour notice is required in canceling packages.
-Late arrival appointments may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest.


As a guest of SAVI Day Spa, we offer complimentary valet parking with Hotel Murano. Let the hotel valet's know that you are a guest of SAVI, they will take care of your car and give you a ticket for validation in the spa. If you choose to use alternate parking, this will be at your own expense. SAVI is not responsible for parking tickets.


Our therapists accept cash gratuities. SAVI will not collect gratuities on credit/debit cards. For your convenience, there is a cash machine in the lobby of Hotel Murano.
